- noclock: don't display realtime clock in text dump mode
- (use this if you encounter any troubles with the
- realtime clock on slow 8088- or 80286-systems)

- norodent: surpress initial "OK" click box if a Microsoft
- compatible mouse was found

- quiet: surpress sounds the program eventually generates

- ro: open message files in read only-/deny none-mode

- slow: required if the message base contains more than
- 21.000 messages
